Sue Maloney, 94, of Waverly, NY passed away peacefully at home on Nov 6, 2022. She was predeceased by her husband of 59 ½ years, Charles Maloney. She was also predeceased by her sisters Ann Burke and Mary Garfield, and her brothers Mike Garfield and Joe Garfield. She is survived by her five children Susanne Bolden of Mesa, Az, Sharon Foust of Bluffton, SC, Tom Maloney and wife Joyce of Rochester, NY, Maureen Baker of Overland Park, Ks and Mary Kay and husband Frank Pohl of Waverly, NY. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Sue loved being a wife & mother to all. She loved her church & was a lifelong member of St James Catholic Church. She was an active member of Altar Rosary Society, working the bereavement dinner ministry, among multiple other activities that benefited her community. She was a loving generous person whose door was always open to anyone needing her. A memorial mass will be celebrated on Saturday, Nov. 12 at 11:00 am St James Catholic Church, Waverly, NY. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tn. 38105. Arrangements to be handled by Luckner Funeral Home, Waverly, NY
