Spencer Blevins, 17, of Tioga, New York, passed away Sunday, March 16, 2025.

He is survived by his mother, Tabitha Blevins; siblings, Melissa, Scott, Danielle, Bobby, Melody Blevins; nieces, Blair, Harper, and soon to be niece Mia; nephew Alec; grandfather, Norman Strope; birth mother, Melissa Harder; birth sisters, Mariska and Brooke; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Services will be held at Luckner Funeral Home on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 12:00 noon. Friends can come to visit from 11:00 to 12:00. There will be a gathering at Talmadge Hill Gospel Chapel after the service. Burial will be made at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with the cost of the funeral.
