Ross L. Mandeville of Waverly Ross L. Mandeville, 89 , of Waverly passed away Friday May 26, 2017 at his home surronded by his family. Born February 14, 1928 in Chemung, NY, the son of the late Lillian (Crawford) and Arthur Mandeville, and loving husband of the late Madeline (Bellis) Mandeville. Ross was a united States Veteran serving in both the Navy and the United States Marine Corp during World War II. He was a retired truck driver from Fowler & Williams Trucking with 30 years of service.He loved boating, and camping, woodworking, and attending auctions and sales. Ross was a loving father and grandfather. Surviving Ross are his children; his son, Patrick Mandeville, Cortland, NY, daughters; Debbie Kamandulis, Sayre, PA. and Valerie Coleman, Waverly, NY and son Michael Mandeville, also of Waverly. He is also survived by his grandchilren; Robert (Kim) Spallone, Brian Ripley, Richard Spallone, Sarah McClanahan, Christy Meux, Leah Flemming, and Megan Richards as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
