Phyllis A. Garfield Phyllis A. Garfield, 85 passed away on December 21 2022, at Elderwood Nursing Home, in Waverly. She was a lifelong resident of Waverly, employed by Ingersoll Rand until her retirement. She was the daughter of Phillip and Louise Christian Garfield of Waverly. She is survived by her niece Lynn Porter (Scott) and great nieces Amanda Vavra (Keith) of Geneva NY and Hannah Porter of Ovid NY.  She was predeceased by her brother Joseph and her nephew Lee Garfield.
