Mary A. Lambert, 101 Mary Alice Lambert died peacefully at Elderwood in Waverly, NY on Dec. 25, 2014. Mary was born at home in Waverly on Dec. 18, 1913, the youngest daughter of Anthony F. and Mary Ann (Cahill) Collins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold F. Lambert on June 4, 1993, her son, Harold A. ("Hal") Lambert on Dec. 13, 2013, two grandsons, Joseph P. and Roger A Ilardi, and her siblings, Margaret, Francis, John and Catherine (Koons). Mary graduated from Waverly High School (Muldoon building) in 1932, and married Harold F. ("Bert") Lambert of Athens, PA on Nov. 3, 1934 at St. James Church in Waverly, NY. A long-time resident of Athens, PA, Mary was an active member of St. Joseph's Parish. Survivors include daughters, Mary Catherine (Arthur) Dimock of Barton, Peg (Roger) Ilardi and Anne Lambert, both of Victor, NY, and daughter-in-law, Janet Lambert of South Waverly, PA. She is also survived by grandchildren; Michael, Thomas, Andy Dimock, Sue (Dimock) Penny, Katy (Dimock) Butler, Jack Ilardi, Anne Marie (Ilardi) Turner, Eileen (Lambert) Hall, and Andrea Lambert. Also surviving are 17 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandson, and her brother-in-law, Paul Lambert, of Cooperstown, NY, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
