Marie (Hannon) Czebiniak After courageously fighting a long illness, Marie Czebiniak died peacefully at her home in Lockwood, New York on January 28, 2012.  Marie was born on February 10, 1932, to the late William & Anna Hannon in Johnson City, New York.  On January 28, 1956, she married Andrew Czebiniak at Blessed Sacrament in Johnson City.  Marie worked for Endicott-Johnson Shoe Factory.  After her marriage to Andy, she settled into homesteading, first in Johnson City and later in Spencer, New York. Marie was predeceased by her husband, Andy on August 26, 2005 and her son Tim on November 22, 2007.  She is survived by her children and their spouses, Sheila & Ed Ropp, Bill & Stacie Czebiniak, Becky & Dave Cottle and daughter-in-law Lynn Capani-Czebiniak; grandchildren, Daniel Czebiniak, Caitlin & Olivia Ropp, Jeffrey, Cody & Tiffany Czebiniak; along with great granddaughter Kietarah Czebiniak-Mancini. Her love for her family and her faith were central to her life.  She was an active member of St. Pius X Catholic Church, then St. James in Waverly, New York. Those of us who knew and loved Marie will always be grateful for the opportunity to have shared in her life and she will be missed. Calling hours are scheduled for Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Luckner Funeral Home 449 Park Avenue , Waverly; A Requiem Mass will be held at Blessed Trinity Parish St. James Church, WaverlyWednesday Febuary 1st at 10:00a.m.  .
