L. Cecil Horton of Athens L.  Cecil Horton, 82, of Athens passed away Thursday November 28, 2013 at the Robert Packer Hospital. Born September 16, 1931 in Waverly, NY the son of the Late Pauline (Bell) and Howard Ray Horton. L. Cecil, was a lifelong resident of the Valley, he graduated from Ulster High School class of 1949. He owned and operated the Midtown Dry Cleaner in Athens for 28 years. His greatest joy was his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years Paula (Auer) Horton, at home, Athens, PA. His children Paula Duffy, Athens, PA. Joseph Horton, Quakertown, PA. and Dawn Marie (Duane) Luchano, Salisbury, MD, also his six grandchildren; Sabrina, Kimberly, Natalie, Dawn, Christopher, and Jason. At L. Cecil's request there will be a Graveside Service Tuesday December 3, 2013 at 11:00 am. at Tioga Point Cemetery , Athens, PA.
