Kenneth Edgar Soper, SR. Of Waverly Kenneth Edgar Soper,  70, of Waverly passed away Friday July 1, 2016 at his home. Ken was born September 13, 1945, in Sayre PA. He was a retiree of Ingersoll Rand where he worked as a Machinist for 25 years. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He loved his canine companions as well. He was predeceased by his mother Ruth, his father William Soper SR., his sister, Shirley Hunsinger and brother William Soper Jr. Surviving Ken are his wife Rosie Maloney Soper. his children Ken (Lori) Soper, Deanna Mincer, Edwin Soper & Cathy Soper Corneby.  his step-children: Lori Burleigh, Angel Morris, Sherry Rought & Chuck Wandell III. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Devin Soper, Kaylin Soper, Kelly Soper, Marissa Ribarsky, Cassie & Faith Svoboda. Scott & Sierra Mincer. Edwin Soper Jr. Jessica Corneby; several great grandchildren, his siblings Edna Fiske, Yolanda Soper, Betty & Bill Wolcott, Doris & Kenneth Nichols, Mark Soper & Dale Soper, as well as several nieces and nephews.
