Isobel Lydia Humphrey of Waverly

Isobel Lydia Humphrey of Waverly passed away Sunday May 7th, 2023, at the Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre. Isobel was predeceased by her husband Carl Avery Humphrey her two daughters Nancy and Gloria, and by her two brothers and two sisters. She is survived by her children Dale (Terry) Humphrey, Henrietta NY, Carl (Connie) Humphrey, Breesport NY, Ken (Linda) Humphrey, Waverly, NY, Pat & Raymond Raupers, Chemung, NY, and Brian (Nancy) Humphrey, Elmira, NY. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and ten great grandchildren, nieces, nephews,  cousins, and a good friend Mary Mooshock. Isobel was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, her family was her greatest joy. She loved baking and cooking bowling rolling skating, jewelry, and living life. She was a beautiful soul. She will be dearly missed.
