HORTON Irma J. Horton, Age 82 of Lowman, NY passed away peacefully at the Robert Packer Hospital on Tuesday June 16, 2015. Born August 8, 1932 in Blossburg, PA. She was the daughter to Mr. & Mrs. Frances Morris of Waverly, NY. She was a 1950 graduate of Waverly High School and attended Hartwick College for 2 years. She worked at the Sayre VA as a Pharmacy Technician for many years and was a longtime member of the Sayre VFW. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and talking about Connecticut, where she lived many years while her husband was in the Navy. She is pre deceased by her husband, Harvey Horton and two children, Fredric Horton and Sheryl Elston. She is survived by her grandson, Shane (Debbie) Gerould, two great grandchildren (Alissa and Mason) of Lowman, NY, and dear friend Bonnie Elliott of Moreland, NY.
