Helen M. Lougher of Waverly, NY Helen M. Waverly, 96, of Waverly, NY passed away Saturday July, 30, 2016 at her home with her family by her side. She was born September 28, 1919 in Ralston, PA. the daughter of the Late George and Johanna Kump, and loving wife of the late Robert Lougher nd loving mother of the late John and Boe Lougher. Surviving Helen are her children; Rosann Rich,of Converse, TX. William Lougher, of Sayre PA. and David and Melissa Lougher, of Waverly, Ny She is also survived by many grand and great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday August 2, 2016 at 4:00 pm at the Luckner Funeral Home 449 park Avenue, Waverly, NY.
