Frances Eldred Hartman, 90, of Emeritus of painted Post, NY and formerly of Sayre, PA, passed away on Wednesday, October 24, at Absolut Care of Three Rivers. Fran was a hairdresser in Sayre for nearly fifty years. She is survived by her daughter, Kathleen Kent, of Bath, NY. Visitors will be received on Monday October 29th, 2012 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Luckner Funeral Home, 449 Park Avenue Waverly, NY with service to follow at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Oak Wood Cemetery, Towanda, PA.
