Donald Frederick Woodcock, 101, of Sayre passed away Wednesday November 1st, 2023, at the Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre. Donald was born in Lockwood NY October 21, 1922, to the late Frederick Woodcock and Linda Miller Woodcock. He was predeceased by his loving wife Dorothy of 70 years in 2014. Donald worked for many years as a carpenter and later worked at Ingersoll Rand in the facilities maintenance department.

Donald enjoyed tending his vegetable garden and spending time in nature. When he wasn't building or fixing something for his family, he could be found walking to his church to volunteer or helping his community. In his later years, Donald cherished time working on puzzles with his loving family.

He is survived by his daughters; Linda (Keith) Wintenburg, of SC. and Donanna (Doni) Sloat of Sayre, also his grandchildren Keith (Chip) Anne Marie Wintenburg, Jeffrey Sloat, and Kathryn Sloat and great grandchildren Jonathan, Christopher Wintenburg, and Lucas Sloat as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
