Diane Elaine Howard, 70, of Lockwood, NY passed away on August 21, 2015 at home. Born in Athens, PA on February 18, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Lillian Howard. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Donald Howard Jr. and her sister, Mimi Taylor. She is survived by a daughter, Tamara Sitzer and her companion, Frank Garrison, Lockwood, NY, a son Thomas J. McMahon and his companion, Dorothy Scicchitano, Barnesville, PA, two sisters, Sallie Inman, Lockwood, NY, and Lori Wenck, Waverly, NY, and a brother, Bill Howard and his wife, Vicki, Waverly, NY; two grandchildren, Wayne Sitzer and Heather Chandler Hill and her husband, Jim, nine great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and many, many friends. A Memorial Service for friends and family is scheduled for 1:00 pm on Saturday, September 12th at the Tandy Grove (The Flats) on Weston Road in Monroeton, PA. and will continue until September 13th at 3pm.
