Connie L. Horton February 8, 1951-May 27, 2023

Connie Louise Horton passed away peacefully at her home in Wayne, NY, on Saturday May 27, 2023. Connie was predeceased by her mother Joyce Estelle Meissner, and her father Carl Meissner. Connie is survived by her loving husband Joe, her brother Marv, her sister Dawn, her sons, Richard and Carl, her grandchildren Cody and Cara, and her great grandchildren, Peyton, and Zayden. Connie grew up in the Waverly area before relocating to Wayne. She was employed for many years at the Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre.
