Cindy Lou Porter 53, of Waverly passed away Wednesday May 28, 2014 at the Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA with her loving family by her side.Born July 3, 1960, in California the daughter of Ralph E. Porter and the late Beverly Porter who passed away in 2005.  She is also predeceased by her husband Thomas Campbell. Cindy graduated from Waverly High School the class of 1978, she has worked as the Corporate Secretary  and co- owner of  the family business, Porters Concrete Service, Inc . for thirty five years.  Cindy was a loving daughter,  mother and grandmother, and her greatest joy was her granddaughter Grace, who she loved spending time with.  Those who knew Cindy, enjoyed how she was able to make people laugh, her caring and loving personality, and her genuine happy nature.  She had a big heart for animals and would often open her doors to stray animals and provide them with a forever home.  She also enjoyed driving her Trans-Am and Corvette and vacationing in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Surviving Cindy are her father Ralph E. Porter, daughter, Shannon Porter-Spaulding and granddaughter Grace Spaulding.  She is also survived by her uncle's; Don (Adele) Porter, Art (Alice) Porter, John (Agnes) Porter, Harold (Judy) Porter and Larry (Linda) Pettengill, Paul Guarino, as well as many cousins. Family and friends are invited to call Tuesday June 3, 2014 at the Luckner Funeral Home 449 Park Avenue in Waverly, NY from 1:00 – 3:00 pm and 6:00 – 8:00 pm.  Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home at 8:00pm Tuesday evening.  Entombment will be held Wednesday June 4, 2014 at 11:00 am at the Porter Family Mausoleum located at Porters Simmental Lake in Waverly, NY.  Please visit TheLucknerFuneralHome.com to offer your condolences.
